Plan nutrition

Select an athlete and open the Agenda. Click in the desired field and select “Add meal”. The “Nutrition Editor” helps you to compile meals, training or competition food and nutrition ideas.

Click on the “+” and if necessary set a filter to reduce the database to basic food, branded products or sports food. You can then search for the desired nutritional ingredients by entering them in the “Product” field.
Then enter the quantity and the unit. You can add further products by clicking on the “+”.
On the right side you will see the composition of your meal with all relevant information.

Click on “Save” when you are finished.
