In the Monitoring, you can see the comparison of planned and actual training time per sport (left vs. right bar) in the bar chart “By sport”.
If you click on the column to the right of the date, the planned and executed times per sport are displayed and you can switch directly to the detailed view via the blue-coloured link.
Select “By intensity zone” at the top right to see the target/actual comparison by intensity distribution.
Use the filters to select what you want to have displayed. Below the diagram you have the option to define the statistics period and the interval type.
The graph “Performance Development” shows how the performance of athletes changes over time. You can find out how to interpret this graph here.
